Whether included or paid-for, Standard or Premium, all Gandi mail mailboxes come with:
Included free with your domain
Additional email addresses for your domain In addition to the mailboxes that come included with your domain at Gandi, you can purchase more if you need them. They will be automatically added to the renew price of your domain name, and renewed automatically when you renew your domain.
Note that the only difference between the “Standard” and “Premium” address is the storage that is allowed and the price. They both come with the same services.
If your configuration is correct, and you know this because you can log into and use our webmail with your email address and password without problem, please verify that you have no Firewall or Antivirus (generally Firewall are integrated with your Antivirus software (Avast by example)) program that is blocking the port or software.
In this case, you will have to configure it to accept connection to the ports used by the software depending on your configuration.
